I’ve been at our Superbowl party for the first half of the game.  Quite a few showed up!  I was surprised, but don’t know why.  If you watched before you got old, you’d watch now..right?

Our chef made some great party food:  spinach pie, sesame chicken, mixed nuts, sauces for dipping, chips, drinks, etc.  We even  yell when appropriate.  Imagine that!  

I’m into a new book–an historical romance–which is very interesting…setting is Philly and Richmond, Va before the Civil War.  So…that’s all for today.  I’m going to listen to the rest of the game and read my book…on my Kindle Fire!

Not as energetic as younger folks, but we still can get excited about football and parties.  Being 70 isn’t as bad as we thought.
